Drug Discovery Collaboration
ExSAR’s recognized excellence in the application of H/D Exchange technology has made it possible to build and maintain a large network of drug discovery innovators. The extensive product development and commercialization experience of ExSAR’s senior management and ExSAR’s target validation technology together make ExSAR an extremely effective partner for academic based and otherwise early stage programs. ExSAR is actively seeking opportunities in diseases of conformation. Pharmacological chaperones currently represent an exciting and potentially relevant form of therapy for many of these types of diseases. Diseases of conformation include pathologies involving aggregation, i.e. Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies. They also include diseases resulting from enzymatic deficiencies, i.e. Gaucher and Late-Onset Tay-Sachs diseases.
